Beloved Promises is a premium mobile wedding invitation platform that helps couples create beautiful, interactive digital invitations for their guests. You can personalise your invitation with photos, music, RSVP, venue details, important notices, gift information, guest wishes, and more.

Start by signing in and opening the invitation builder. From there, you can add your wedding details, customise each section, upload your photos, arrange the section order, preview your design, and publish your invitation when you are ready for guests to view it.

Yes. You can create and customise your invitation for free. Unpaid invitations will include a watermark until payment is completed. If payment is not completed within 7 days from the invitation creation date, the invitation will be automatically deleted.

No. Beloved Promises is designed to be easy to use, even if you have no design experience. Our self-serve templates are beautifully designed from the start, and you can personalise them to create an invitation that feels unique to you as a couple.

Yes. You can preview your invitation before making payment. A watermark will remain on the invitation until payment is completed.

You can customise key parts of your invitation, including the cover page, fonts, colours, introduction message, couple profiles, photo gallery, schedule, venue details, getting there, FAQ, RSVP, countdown, background music, important notices, gift details, guest wishes, ending section, and section order.

Yes. You can arrange the invitation sections based on what matters most to you. For example, you can move RSVP higher up, place venue details closer to the event information, or keep gift details near the end.

Yes. You can edit your invitation at any point in time, even after publishing. Publishing simply controls whether your guests can view the invitation. If the invitation is unpublished, guests will not be able to access it.

You may change your event date once. If you face any issue or need further assistance, please contact our support team and we will review how we can help.

After payment is completed, your invitation will stay active for up to 330 days from the invitation creation date, or up to 30 days after the event date, whichever is earlier.

Yes. The Schedule section lets you list each moment of the day with its time — for example the ceremony, cocktail reception, and dinner — and guests see them in order. You can choose from four layouts, including a timeline, so the schedule suits the style of the rest of your invitation.

Yes. The FAQ section lets you add your own questions and answers — dress code, parking, or whether children are welcome — so guests can find the details themselves instead of messaging you. You can choose from three layouts, and add a photo above the questions.

Payment is only required when you want to remove the watermark from your invitation. You can still create, customise, preview, edit, and publish your invitation before payment, but the watermark will remain until payment is completed.

We support PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, and other supported card payment options.

Yes. Invitations will include a watermark until payment is completed. Once payment is completed, the watermark will be removed.

No. There are no recurring charges unless you choose an additional paid service or future upgrade. Any additional cost will be shown clearly before you confirm.

As each invitation is created for your event, payments are non-refundable once completed. If there is an issue with your invitation, we will first work to rectify it. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed.

Our support hours are from 10am to 6pm on weekdays, GMT+8.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For faster assistance, please include your name, invitation details, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue.

Please check that all required fields are completed and try refreshing your browser. If the issue continues, contact our support team with screenshots and a short explanation of what happened.

Ask your guests to check their internet connection and try opening the link again in a modern mobile browser. If the issue continues, contact us with the invitation link and the device or browser your guest is using.

When you delete an invitation, the RSVP details, guest data, uploaded photos, music, and videos linked to that invitation will also be deleted.

If you delete your account, your account data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days, except for any records we are required to keep for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

If you would like to delete your account, you can contact us through our Contact Us page or any of our available communication channels. Once we have confirmed and verified your request, we will help delete your account and any related information associated with it.

When you publish your invitation, anyone with the invitation link can view it. Because it is public, it may also appear on Google or other search engines if the link is available online.

You can unpublish your invitation at any time. Once unpublished, only you and your partner will be able to view it, and your guests will no longer have access.

Yes. We welcome partnership opportunities with wedding planners, photographers, bridal studios, venues, stylists, and other wedding vendors who want to offer premium digital invitations to their clients.

Beloved Promises gives vendors an easy way to add a premium digital experience to their wedding services. Our invitations can complement existing packages, create more value for couples, and give clients a beautiful way to share their wedding details before the big day.

Yes. Vendors can include Beloved Promises as part of their wedding packages, client add-ons, referral offering, or recommended vendor list.

Beloved Promises currently offers self-serve templates rather than fully custom design services. However, our templates are highly customisable, allowing each couple to personalise their invitation so it feels unique, personal, and thoughtfully made for their wedding.
